Dan Aikikai Tokyo, and those following\u00a0Christian Tissier, 8. Dan Aikikai Tokyo. Both Shihan (Japanese:\u00a0Grand Master) maintain\u00a0the connection of the\u00a0\u00a0F\u00f6deration to Aikido Hombu Dojo in Japan, the school of the founder,\u00a0Morihei Ueshiba.<\/p>\n<p>Our objectives:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>To work with national and international associations to further Aikido<\/li>\n<li>The support and establishment of<a title=\"Aikido-Schulen in Deutschland\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aikido-foederation.de\/wp\/aikido-schulen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0Aikido Dojos<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Maintain a common syllabus for\u00a0Aikido teaching<\/li>\n<li>The education and development of Aikido teachers<\/li>\n<li>Award Aikikai Tokyo\u00a0recognised gradings\u00a0<a title=\"Aikido Graduierungen\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aikido-foederation.de\/wp\/graduierungen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pr\u00fcfungen f\u00fcr den 1., 2., 3.\u00a0und 4.
