21-26 May is the Pentecost holiday. Training as normal except

Sunday 20th – no training.

In June:

Tuesday 18th, 1800 is the new citizen reception and we are planning as last year:

10 minute presentation by the children’s group/Tanja

10 minutes adult sword/jo/taijutsu

This will only take place if the weather is fine, otherwise Tuesday training as normal in the Turneralm.

10 Year Celebration

Last October, the club turned 10 years old. We didn’t celebrate because there was a lot going on elsewhere. But of course we can’t let it go uncelebrated. We’ll make up for it on:

Tuesday, January 30, 2023, starting at 6.30 pm in the Coordination Room of the Turneralm

There will be a demonstration, a few canapés and some sparkling wine. You are welcome to invite friends and family!

Afterwards, the club invites all members to dinner at the Milano, from about 8 pm. Please let me know as soon as possible who is going along for the booking.

Sunday 25 & Tuesday 27th June – no training

No training on Sunday ( it seems everybody is away).

Tuesday 27th June is the new citizen reception in Kolbermoor, where the club will introduce itself. We will make a demonstration, so again, no training, but anybody who would like to come to the reception is welcome. Also, it’s good if we as a division are available as publicity.

From Thursday 29th, back to normal training!

Children’s classes!

From January we have the ability to offer children’s training under the lead of Tanja – see the attached flyer.
Please share with interested parents, teachers, colleagues…!!!

AGM Invitation & agenda 18.11

If anyone has anything they would like to raise, please mail Brigitte in advance.

At present, Thomas and Brigitte are the club representatives and are happy to continue. However, neither have any objection if anybody else would like to stand for election.

Haris Tanjo – promoted Shodan

Many congratulations to Haris who achieved Shodan on Saturday even after what has been an especially difficult time for training.

A big thank you to all our students who have worked with Haris over the years – our first completely Kolbermoor Aikido trained beginner to dan grade.

Full training curriculum resumed!

First class is tomorrow in the Mareissaal at 2000.

Tuesday, 2000-2200, Mareissaal
Friday, 2000-2200, Turneralm, downstairs
Sunday, 1000-1200, Turneralm Spiegelsaal (Weapons)

We have some catching up to do!

We wish everybody a Happy New Year.

Also, we hope soon to be training again.

Keep well and optimistic.

Nik & Brigitte
